Factory Location and Qualification
Hangzhou Popu Electric Co., Ltd is located in Fuyang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in eastern China. The factory is about 120 miles from the port city of Ningbo. The Company renewed the ISO 9001 quality management system in Apr 2021.
As a talented and dedicated team, we are committed to providing superior services to our customers.
To ensure products are safe and durable, a lot of the tests are conducted in our own labs, including power loads tests, life cycle tests, impact tests, resistance tests, salt spray and high-low temperature and humidity testing, etc.
Semi-automatic Assembly Workshop
As an engineering and product expert, our Managing Director personally developed these semi-automatic assembly machines, which improve the efficiency by at least 30%. The company looks to adopt more of these machines in the near future.
Finished Products Assembly Workshop
Ten assembly lines are lined up on the shop floor. More than 35,000 pieces of products can be produced within an 8-hour shift.
In each and every week, on average, three 40 feet containers are shipped out of the factory, to the destinations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America.
